Introduction

Cinder & Code approached us with a clear need: their online presence no longer reflected their growing reputation in the development world. Their portfolio was dated, slow, and visually flat—hardly a match for a team known for technical brilliance and creative edge. They were looking for a redesign that could reflect the energy, intelligence, and spark their work carried.

Execution

We rebuilt the site from the ground up using Framer. Inspired by molten metal and flickering embers, we designed an interface that glowed from within—glitchy grid lines, ember-inspired accent lighting, and animated transitions brought their projects to life. The site architecture was restructured for intuitive flow, fast loading, and deep engagement. Hover states, motion fragments, and scroll-based micro-interactions gave every section a sense of living rhythm.

Results & Impact

The transformation had immediate effects. Cinder & Code saw a 72% boost in page speed and a 42% increase in click-through rate. Visitors were spending more time, interacting with more projects, and leaving with a much clearer sense of the studio’s capabilities.
